For eligible accessory orders weighing 1–3kg with an order value not exceeding €100, the standard shipping fee is €19. Eligible accessory orders over €100 qualify for free standard shipping.

Most eligible European orders are fulfilled from European local warehouses, with estimated delivery of approximately 3–7 working days, subject to product availability and carrier conditions.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases made directly through kukirin-scoot.com may be returned within 14 days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should contact us before returning any product and obtain authorized return instructions.

Products purchased from third-party marketplaces, retailers or distributors must be returned through the original seller.
